What is cryptocurrency?

Posted by Mathivanan in: blockchain technology Cryptocurrency investment

 What is cryptocurrency?

Goods and services could be exchanged traditionally in the form of currencies and now Cryptocurrency is also a form of payment exchanged online for the same. You might be knowing companies are providing tokens to the employees as currencies to trade especially for the goods and services provided for the company. You just imagine them as one could colonnade those so-called tokens or chips. You may need to exchange real currency to acquire cryptocurrency to get the exchange of services.

Blockchain is the technology used for Cryptocurrencies to work. You always need a de centralised technology and that’s why it is used in this Blockchain and spread across various computers that be able to manage and document dealings. It’s security is the main part of its technological appeal.

According to CoinMarketCap.com (market research site) around 2,250 various cryptocurrencies are openly traded.  Initial coin offerings, or ICOs proliferating and raising money through. Hundreds billions of all cryptocurrencies, and collected value of all bitcoins, the very popular digital currency, was fastened at about more than $150 billion.

For various reasons it is appealing to the customers. The most popular are

Groups of followers look cryptocurrencies like bitcoin as the future of currency and are hence rushing to buy them now, apparently well in advance that will be in demand and much more valuable. Many of them believe and like the element that cryptocurrency eliminates central banks from handling the traditional currency supply, subsequently over time these banks incline to lessen the worth of real currency by means of inflation. Another school of thought like the blockchain technology behindhand cryptocurrencies, since it’s a devolved dispensation and footage system and could be safer than traditional payment structures. Many opportunists prefer this because they’re successful in value and have no curiosity in the moneys’ long-term reception to move real currencies.

Cryptocurrencies might move up in value, but many stockholders look it as simple assumptions, not real investments. Because like real currencies, cryptocurrencies won’t generate cash flow, so for to others profit you have to pay more than actual value you have earned.

That’s why many calls as “the greater fool” way of investment. This is not all of it! Let us discuss further in coming articles in coming days on its stability, buying methods and legality in India and around the world.

Best Ways Of Forex Trading In Inida

Posted by Mathivanan in: Deposit bonus Forex Trading Forex trading india how do make money Indian firendly Fx trader NordFx select the best trader success story in Fx trading trading company
Introduction:
This is an introduction to "Forex trading in Inida'. Is it legal? The answer is NO. Then what about tons of advertisements, apps and trading platforms?
'Forex trading' is legit for trading from India to do only-INR pairs not legal to do non INR pairs. This also is illegal to do marigin trading with companies that are not registered with SEBI. However lakhs of traders are trading from India. How? None can question you to send money through any methods like Paypal, Neteller, Skrill, Cryptocurrencies etc to other countries in other country pairs except directly from your bank account. Then you will be in trouble legally.
Then how could you trade from India and others are also doing?

Plenty of Forex trading companies are providing many types of accounts starting from free demo account, deposits of $5. $10, $25, $50, $100, $500, $1000 and so on. You can start any account type and verify KYC with your uploaded documets. You must be carefully choose from welcoming Indians and Indian friendly Forex traders. Once verified you can send the required dollars money through their local Indian counterparts or agents converted in INR with some commission through NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Using thirdparty trasfer companies like we said before Paypal, Netteller, Skrill and others could be expensive and more technical and I suggest them if you are doing in more than $10K.
How do they make money?
For both depositing and withdrawing the companies charge some fees and it depends. Primarily they make money through spreads it varies from 0-4 pips, commission and swaps charges. When they say no commission, they manage in spread, and if they say no spraed, they do it in commission and high volumes etc.
How  to select the best trader suuits you?

You need to read carefully the terms and conditions and choose the type of account suits your requirement. Is it not easy? Yes, But waht is difficult? Choosing the Trading company? Doing an analysis in google is always there to help to identify a good trader? I tried for 10 years and changed 10 companies.
Finally I enquired with the friends and spoken to the company representatives with their terms and conditions for each. Reading is not giving me enough clarity.
My first priority was to having a dedicated indian account manager to support me and to be always in touch through chat and call. That company must be available in India, 'Indian firendly Fx trader' with Indian staffs for minimum 10 years. I was wondering that might be possible.
How is it possible to trade samrtly?

'NORDFx' was the answer to me that didnt lure like other brokers nd I suspected the management could be not cpmetitive enough but is 12 years old, existing in 16 countries and very reliable. NordFx is registered with UFSC, and eysec having headquaters in Russia. They save much of the money of giving high class advertisements and paying bloggers to put them on top 10 forex traders or top 5 whatever, they give away to the customers as withdrawable bonuses, only a company with minimum achievable terms and conditions and I did it in few days.

'25%  Deposit Bonus', Faster local withdrawal to Indian account, (3 hours to max 10 hours) True ECN Broker, Zero Commission Account, Cryptocurrency Deposits, More than 14 Payment options, zero to low spreads, Smooth Trading Execution,  Leverage is 1:1000

What about Negative comments abot 'NordFx'?

1. People always fail with trading have tendency of complaining
2. People who have not fulfilled the trading of minimum 3 lots to withdraw the deposit, winning alongwith bonus. If you want you can choose no bonus and withdraw the money at any point of time and no conditions at all. Thats it.

I am trading successfully for the past 7 years with occasional losses (very carefully and any trading leads to loss if not careful). You can click the link and start the trading immediately without any worries and if you have any genuine problem unaddressed, please drop a word in comments, I will resolve because I am familiar with them. Please remind I can help only if you register using the following link, otherwise I can't help you and I am not the sataff. Just sharing my 'success story in Fx trading'. Good Luck!

Is ‘health care insurance’ really beneficial to everyone?

Posted by Mathivanan in: Health Health Insurance Mediclaim

Nowadays 'health and medical insurance' has become known to everyone even in villages. You could see lots of 'private health insurance' companies blooming and it is known fact that most of them are not Indian companies. Foreign stake has been increased to almost to 49%. and it may increase. Actually foreign companies have tie up with some Indian companies for the sake of easiness in running their business. Only few companies including 'LIC' are purely Indian companies. The offers have become competitive and look beneficial to the policy holder.

Is ‘health care insurance’ really beneficial to everyone?
Health Insurance
However we are not going to analyse the constitutional and establishment of these companies. This article intends to analyse whether one must go for it or not and how far it is essential. Yes, of course it is very important to have a 'health insurance policy' for the whole family. There are lots of websites provide suggestions on how carefully one should select the policy. It would be interesting to analyse the 'personal health insurance' claiming experiences of the policy holders when they are accessing the benefits.

There are different 'types of policies' available in the market and every one seemingly rushing towards the 'cashless hospitalization facility'. This is actually good and when you don’t have money in hand for admission, this would help but it also has some problem when you are getting admitted to hospital.
So many no limitations on the expenses would have been explained but all will fall into the ‘health insurance coverage’ of the sum assured.

TOP 3 TRICKS IN HEALTH INSURANCE:

One of my friends and relatives recently admitted in the hospital. The first question during admission was ‘are you having insurance?’ Yes. That’s fantastic and you don’t have to spend. This is actually in the beginning.

The possibilities of exploitation by hospital and Insurance companies:

Is ‘health care insurance’ really beneficial to everyone?
mediclaim
Your disease may not require the whole sum assured for the treatment but hospitals tend to claim the whole money. The policy holders seem that no need to worry about that because they are not going to pay the money. This will affect their renewal benefits. This may lead to many 'medical procedures' that are not required may be done on our body and may be harmful.

In the middle of the treatment the hospital may ask you to pay some money because some procedures are not allowed in your policy that the poor patient may not understand. In this time we need to keep in our mind the hospitals are running business not services. Some may do.

Some hospitals quoted different amounts for people having insurance and not having and we don’t know the logic behind it.

Once I have personally chosen to get admitted in a 'medical college hospital' for surgery to get treated 'without using insurance'. This costs me around 25000 rupees instead of 150,000 quoted for using insurance policy in a different set up having all luxury benefits. I thought any way I will be asked to pay at least 10000 extra during discharge and it is normal to everyone. And the duration for claiming procedure is also a concern. I had another health insurance called daily cash benefits which allow me to get rupees 1000 every day during hospitalization. So I have hardly spent only 10000 for the whole procedure.

Is ‘health care insurance’ really beneficial to everyone?
Govt scheme
Is ‘health care insurance’ really beneficial to everyone?
Govt.Health isurance
In this government there is a ‘chief minister’s health Card’ introduced for poor up to 1.5 lakhs and it allows to get more benefits. This is very much worthy and accepted by all medical college hospitals and really people are getting benefits.

Verdict:

You must go for a ‘medical insurance’ without any doubt within your budget. If your income is less than 72000 per annum go for chief minister’s health card. When you take the paid insurance please spend time to read ‘health insurance comparison’ in terms of claim settlement procedures and go for a ‘health plan’. If you can’t afford them you must go for at least a 'daily hospitalization cash policy' provided by almost all the companies that requires only a thousand rupees or more per person which is the 'cheapest health insurance' plan. Do really ‘Siddha, Ayurveda’ and other ‘alternative medicines’ not have side effects?

Posted by Mathivanan in: alopathic Alternative medicines Health
The answer is a big NO. We are overwhelmingly provided with false information of all ‘alternative medicines don’t have side effects’. This article analyses the risks in taking any medicine provided by any practitioner or an advertisement. First we should always remember that ‘advertisements on medicines’ or anything by any company or person paying big money for advertisement is to earn much more money simply and no other intention attached to that. Ok. Let us discuss how medicines can be taken and from where. Please brood over on 'side effects of medications' before choosing any system of medicine.
Any medicine to be taken prescribed by a legally approved, educated in the medical discipline, not claiming as traditionally learnt (because there is no proof) and certified to practice the medicine legally. The legal status of a medical practitioner is important. The medicines also should be scientifically tested and proven in any manner.

Do really ‘Siddha, Ayurveda’ and other ‘alternative medicines’ not have side effects?
Alternative medicines
Do really ‘Siddha, Ayurveda’ and other ‘alternative medicines’ not have side effects?
Ayurvedic

Please do not come to a premature conclusion that I am supporting allopathic system.
‘Top Five facts about alternative medicines ’ need to be noticed:
  • Are the medicines provided by a ‘legally approved practitioner’? This is important to let the legal system and others to know he/she is not a quack.
  • Is there a proven and uniform system available for the system of medicine what we take and the person is educated in that? Otherwise we are taking medicines by someone who claims but not actually a practitioner.
  • Are the medicines tested scientifically against that particular disease? It doesn’t mean that should be tested the way modern medicines are tested but need to have some rationale.
  • Is the medicine we take proven as having ‘no side effects’ officially by the system available? The truth is no medicine or even food is not proven as not having any side effects.
  • Anyone can practise any system of medicine without legal approval or proper education and pay a TV channel to increase the business. Can we deny this?
If a medicine should come to the market, it has to be proven as better than the available medicine for the disease, should be suitable to anyone with any lifestyle and the side effects it provides to be published. However this is not the case in all alternative medicines.

Do we know how much ‘liver failure, kidney failure’ cases were admitted in hospitals because they have taken alternative medicine by untrained and unapproved practitioners? I agree that it happens with approved practitioners but the number is comparatively very low.
I do agree that lots of good and proven native or alternative medicines available and the problem is ‘how can we identify a right doctor’ to get treated? I do not have an answer. I asked my friend once promoted untrained medical practitioner who is no more, died in an accident told that only traditional practitioners were teaching the BSMS, BAMS and other alternative degree courses in the beginning.
Though in allopathic system, all the medicines are undergone tests and come to the market, most of the doctors are getting the information on the new drugs from a medical representative only not through proper CME. Only the government doctors are exposed to teaching the new technologies and medicines. Though the medicines are giving you the side effects, they are not life threatening and explained to us but this is not the case in others.

I know many kidney and liver failures due to wrong medication by alternative medicines. The quacks are taking advantage of published side effects of allopathic medicine and doing propaganda against it just to get business. This does not mean alternative medicines are not having side effects.

Since I am working /consulting in HIV and TB projects for more than a couple decades seen hundreds of alternative medicine providers claimed cure for HIV, STI and TB were miserably failed despite of given opportunity to prove by allowing them to treat the patients admitted in government hospitals.
Do really ‘Siddha, Ayurveda’ and other ‘alternative medicines’ not have side effects?
Medicines
We should also be careful of choosing allopathic doctors who is getting commissions from testing centres and drug manufacturers and making a big whole in our livelihood. We will certainly discuss on this in upcoming articles.  Read Ayurveda addiction killer review here.

Is it worth buying ‘Asus Zenfone 5’ from Flipkart?

Posted by Mathivanan in: Android Asus zenfone 5 smartphones technology
There are plenty of mobiles with high end specifications have penetrated the market and China has become no.1 mobile sellers recently. We need to analyse how did they do this and we will do it in later posts. Recently ‘Flipkart’ has started exclusive marketing of mobiles the most successfully with high level of tactics in site navigation, pricing, availability and pre-registration. All these stirred the mobile market and the other online shopping companies and mobile manufacturers. We need to appreciate the marketing techniques the site uses.
Is it worth buying ‘Asus Zenfone 5’ from Flipkart?
Flipkart
How do they do this in site navigation?
The site will automatically shows the mobile out of stock if more than a certain number of clients clicks buy now, the site will show the article out of stock to prevent the crashing!? This is the statement from the official Facebook site of ‘Asus Zenfone 5’. Can you believe it? I don’t either. Pre-registration is obviously a technic to raise the demand and buyers’ and shopaholics’ pulse.
That’s great in terms of business and we cannot say anything wrong legally and we all know there is no human ethics in any business and only business ethics is there.
Let us discuss the phone’s features and its actual status of functioning because I bought this a week back and bit struggling not due to the fault in the phone but the actual performance. It is like a review of a customer with some technical inputs.
First 'what are the features of ‘Asus Zenfone 5’?
Is it worth buying ‘Asus Zenfone 5’ from Flipkart?
Zenfone 5
First the look is fantastic with the one I bought and it is black with 8 GB. It is a 1.6 GHz dual core processor by Intel, that has already been tested with XOLO and didn’t click well and now it comes with partnership with Asus. The speed is absolutely fine and better when compared with other dual core phones with ‘mediatek processors’.
Is it worth buying ‘Asus Zenfone 5’ from Flipkart?
Looks of Zenfone 5
The 5’ display with HD resolution of 1280x720 and 294 ppi also worth the price tag.
The camera which we consider as second or third priority is 8MP in rear and 2MP in the front. The rear camera comes with ‘Pixelmaster technology’ the company claims to provide so called perfect photos with the brightness of 5 lenses with various features. However the photos are good not the perfect (nothing is perfect in this world). Sonic master sound is also very good.
It comes with dual sim. The UI they describe is ‘ZenUI’ exclusively designed for the needs of the phone. I think every phone comes like this but this company gives a name.
Memory and connectivity cannot be commented as they are usually good in any phone.
Is it worth buying ‘Asus Zenfone 5’ from Flipkart?
Asus zenfone 5
Finally, the battery with 2110 mAh does justify the spec of 18 hours of 3G talk time. After fixing all settings properly and with battery savers it does not last for more than five hours with 2 hours internet usage. Please remember we are not discussing the talk time, the whole battery life.
Verdict:
The phone is attractive, with good features and better UI experience in the beginning, the battery is getting a very below average. The suggestion is there are much better quad core Indian phones available in this price tag but Flipkart has won in creating demand selling the phones.

What is the treatment for severe sinus infection or cure sinus?

Posted by Mathivanan in: chronic sinusitis Health sinus treatment
First we need to know what are ‘sinus conditions’:
Sinusitis is the tissues lining the sinuses getting inflammation and inflammation is nothing but swelling. If the sinuses get fluids inside, which are normally filled with air, will be prone to get several ‘infections in sinuses’ and developed as sinusitis.
Sinus condition could be a result of blockage like common cold (‘cold sinus’), allergies like ‘acute rhinosinusitis’ that is swelling nasal linings, deviation of nasal septum, nasal linings’ growth – nasal polyps etc.
‘The types of sinusitis’ or ‘sinus conditions’ might be discussed as 4 major conditions but they include the all possibilities of sinus conditions.
What is the treatment for severe sinus infection or cure sinus?
Nasal infection
What is the treatment for severe sinus infection or cure sinus?
Facial problems

The sudden oncoming of running nose, nasal stuffiness and pain in the face are causing acute sinusitis if they does not disappear with normal treatment within 2 weeks and last for 4 weeks is ‘acute sinusitis’. If the same lasts for more than 4 weeks and less than 10 weeks is called ‘subacute sinusitis’. If you get several attacks in a period of one year then it should be ‘Recurrent sinusitis’ or ‘Recurring Sinus Infections’. The ‘Chronic Sinusitis’ or ‘sinus chronic’ is a condition that is defined by symptoms of inflammation will last for more than 8-10 weeks.

What is the treatment for severe sinus infection or cure sinus?
Infection
What is the treatment for severe sinus infection or cure sinus?
Mucus

When we discuss the ‘symptoms of sinuses’, Generalised pain over the face, cough and congestion of nose, discharge from nose, losing smell sensation, stuffiness and other symptoms like fever, pain in the jaws, fatigue and bad breathe.
If the nasal discharge is yellowish or greenish in colour and thick in consistency with more than two of the above symptoms may be diagnosed as acute. Most of sinuses are ‘nasal sinus’ the people are suffering with. The target ‘sinus location’ is mainly in the linings of the nose and infection spreads to other parts of the face. These are the ‘diagnosis of sinusitis’ in common.
The ‘symptoms of sinus headache’ include the above with severe headache, running nose and facial pain for more than two weeks.
Common methods of ‘diagnosis of sinusitis’ include:
Tapping the teeth to identify the inflammation of paranasal sinus
The doctor may feel by pressing parts of face to find out level of tenderness
Laboratory diagnosis of sinusitis include mucus culture, specific x-ray of the part or nose, ‘nasal endoscopy’, allergy tests for ‘sinusitis allergies’  Other diagnostic tests to assess the potential causes for sinusitis may include a mucus culture and CT scan etc.
Treatments:
‘Treating sinusitis’ is one of the major challenges and especially ‘recurring sinus infection’ . The primary ‘acute sinusitis treatment’ is nasal decongestants like Atrivin, nasivion etc. this is very helpful during cold and ready reckoner for nasal sinuses while travelling. However, this is not normally recommended for ‘chronic sinusitis treatment’. Oral medications may not be required for nasal congestions except anti-inflammatory medications for sometimes and for cold sinuses even if it cannot be controlled in two weeks’ time, the webmd.com refers.
The treatment for ‘allergies and sinus’ is commonly saline water irrigation, see the picture and the ‘medication’ is also symptomatic like pain relievers and antihistamines. When you have yellowish or greenish mucus discharge, it is bacterial infection and the ‘best sinus infection treatment’ is let it cured within 14 days without treatment or with antibiotics.

If the symptoms are getting worse, feeling worse, severe and fever, they you may immediately require medical attention and must see the specialist. It doesn’t mean that you should not see the doctor before. This article tries to explain the conditions not specific recommendation and providing general information on sinuses.
The single best sinus infection treatment could not be explained as the case is mostly due to allergies could be treated and managed. Firstly, we have to try controlling the inclining factors like removing the irritants in the living environment. ‘Cure sinus’ is possible only in the case of DNS (that is also considered as 50:50 by some physicians) and may be possible that needs surgery. In no comprehensive studies the prescribed symptom relief sprays, antibiotics and drugs work.
Sinus surgery: The ‘sinus surgery’ called as FESS (functional endoscopic sinus surgery) are proven giving moderate relief and should be done in later stage not recommended for primary treatment for chronic sinusitis or ‘treatment for severe sinus infection’.
What is the treatment for severe sinus infection or cure sinus?
FESS

What is the treatment for severe sinus infection or cure sinus?
Nasal Surgery

Since there is no way to cure and avoid most of the sinusitis the prevention is the better cure.
By avoiding very dry environment both in cold and hot places
Elimination of irritants, avoiding to get exposed to tobacco and other smokes and chemical odours will help.
Use nasal irrigation whenever possible, sprays with saline and lubricant spays may help a lot.
Overall, sinusitis can be managed and cure sinus is a dream for millions. Based on their conditions and treatments only rare cases were cured.
This article tries to provide the basic information on sinuses, medication and cure for sinusitis and treatment for sinus infection etc. with the guidance of a physician.

Does Laproscopic Fundoplication cure Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)?

Posted by Mathivanan in: Health heart burnGERD laproscopic Fundoplication reflux medications

It is reported that 50-60% of the population have gastric problems. For some it aggravates and we could see people popping pills every morning and evening and they are the people suffering from Gastritis. The types of gastritis are chronic, acute and atrophic gastritis.
The causes of Gastritis could be because of irritation due to inordinate use of alcohol, regularly vomiting for many years and may be due to longer usage of pain killers and anti-inflammatory drugs. ‘Stress’ is certainly a major contributing factor for this. ‘H. pylori’ (Helicobacter pylori) infection is another major reason for gastritis. Some of us get ‘genetically’ transferred. This type of gastritis is mostly seen in European countries and this can be potentially cured by proper dosage of drugs prescribed. There are different prescriptions available across the world.

Other types are 1. Pernicious aneamia which is a kind of anaemia that finds during stomach lacks vitamin B12, a naturally present required properly absorbing and digesting.
2. Bile reflux: The bile is back flowing from the bile tract into the stomach. The bile tract is connecting the liver and gall bladder
3. And other bacteria and viruses infections
When does gastritis get elevated to ‘gastroesophageal reflux disease’? The symptoms are from mild to aggressive like reflux after having food, empty stomach, nausea and vomiting. In chronic and poorly treated GERD, people vomit fresh blood. Is Reflux Cure possible through 'Lap Nissen Surgery'?

Our concern and discussion here is whether it is curable or manageable. Except the one caused H. Pylori, all others need a complete lifestyle changes and we will discuss them later.

Many are taking medicines for more than 10 years including myself. I have been taking 'reflux medications' ‘Proton Pump Inhibitors’ (PPI) medicines like Pantaprozole, Esomiprozole, omeprazole and ranitidine etc. Self-medication is another jeopardy in managing ‘GERD’ and this irresistible too. One can say whenever I visit the gastroenterologist; he prescribes the same medicines and advices.

Lap Fundoplication

When the symptoms are not subsided after taking PPI for more than 2 years, one can go for analysis of ‘Nissen fundoplication’ which can reportedly and potentially cure the disease. There are few types surgeries are performed for treating GERD. The most performed is Niseen Fundoplication and I have undergone the same. Being a para medical trained and a consultant for HIV projects, I could not realise the need of the surgery for more than 10 years and none of the doctors I visited suggested.

If you want to see the 'Laproscopic Nissen Fundoplication procedure' in youtube: Please visit HERE

Ok. Does this cure is a million dollar question. 60% of the cases reported as relieved and 20 percent reported no much change and another 20 percent say situation worsen with involuntary aerophagia, bloating, difficult to swallow etc. and they need a balloon therapy, where a balloon is inserted to dilate the tightly wrapped sphincter and some of them require further surgery.

‘Top 5 ways of preventing 'Heartburn GERD’:

  • Food: Manage heartburn by Take bland food as possible. Avoid coffee, tea, excessive alcohol, smoking (strictly avoid), reduce dairy product and yoghurt may be taken.
  • Exercise: take mild regular exercise like walking and other yoga practices regularly. Pranayama helps a lot.
  • Handling stress: Live the moment not the whole life in one moment or a day of carrying past in head and worrying about future etc. consult a therapist in this case.
  • Nutrition like Vitamin B12, B6 and other nutrient rich foods need to be taken in a regular interval.
  • Strictly follow the  'heartburn GERD' treament prescribed and avoid self-medication and taking untested medicines prescribed by quacks.
Final words:
In my case, the symptoms were reduced but still bloating and ‘aerophagia’ is present. It has been reported that >50% of the people said they felt good after two years. So, we may have to wait for 2 years if the symptoms are not very bad after surgery. Once operated you need to follow the fore mentioned prevention. Otherwise you may get the symptoms worse and may be like before.  Read more on sinusitis and its management by clicking here.
